1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Glassory ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Glassory (photos, stash entries, project descriptions, comments, and tutorials). By submitting content, you grant Glassory a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute that content as part of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit any content you upload, including photos and images.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Post content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or illegal
Upload images or content you do not have the right to share
Impersonate another person or entity
Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
Post spam, advertising, or unsolicited promotions

6. Community Glass Product Database

Glassory includes a community-submitted glass product database. By contributing product entries, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We reserve the right to edit, remove, or merge entries to maintain data quality.

7. Intellectual Property

The Glassory name, logo, and application code are owned by Glassory. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission. Third-party trademarks (glass brand names, vendor names) remain the property of their respective owners and are used for reference purposes only.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that glass product data is accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glassory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or content.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
